The world of Syberia is full of mystery and intrigue. You embark on an adventure that will take you across beautiful landscapes while challenging your puzzle solving skills. In Syberia, you take on the role as American lawyer Kate Walker who has been sent to finalize the deal of a toy factory. She learns of the untimely demise of the toy factory owner and that she must embark on a quest to find the woman’s brother to proceed with the sale.
Syberia is a mystery solving puzzle game much like Myst. You walk around and solve puzzles. The graphics for this game are beautiful. I enjoyed playing it just for the scenery. Syberia 2 has since been released. In fact, this very stunning game has been released for the Pocket PC.

Clickgamer.com has the exclusive to the English version of Siberia 2 for the Pocket PC. In the sequel, you play Kate who joins an eccentric inventor on a quest to find prehistoric mammoths in the remote land of Syberia.
The screenshots taken of the handheld version are simply stunning. The graphics are top notch and are really something to behold.
Syberia 2 for the Pocket PC really showcases just how much graphical detail can be put into a PDA game. Syberia 2 makes a great addition to the handheld gaming world since it can show what just is available to put into a smaller-sized game.

Apple has apparently released cheat codes for its games Vortex and Texas Holdem. This is the first time that Apple had released cheat codes of their iPod games.
The Texas Holdem cheat will unlock several goodies like all playable characters and even a poker room based on an Apple conference room. If you enjoy using cheat codes then ilounge is the website to check out to learn more about these iPod cheat codes.
I’ve been holding back on buying an iPod just because. Since they have added games it does make the iPod more appealing. I’d love to demo playing a game in a store and not make the games my sole reasoning for wanting one. I still think the controller might be too foreign for me to catch on and have fun. I am a casual gamer, so my games and controls must be straightforward.

I’ve wanted an iPod for quite a while now. The Ipod just became a lot cooler since I learned about Popcap games now supports Ipod gaming.
You can buy Bejeweled and other games through the Itunes store. Bejeweled is $4.99.? From the reviews it seems the controls are a little tricky to figure out so have some patience.
Gaming on the iPod..what a great idea. Maybe there is still hope for me to claim win one through iPodSweepstakes.com.

While browsing the mobile video games available from my carrier, it dawns on me that there are quite a few titles. With all the functionality of phones these days, are people really using their phones to play games?
I bought a solitaire game for my phone. I play it on occasion, but it seems to drain my battery life so I don’t play it that often. It was nice to pass the time while attending to the newborn and having only one free hand. There are some titles I’d like to check out for my phone. Here are a few.
The Sims 2
While I don’t expect this very slim downed version of the Sims 2 to be on par with the PC version, it’ll be interesting to see just how much of this game can actually be translated into such a small arena. I’ll have to save my money for this. This Sims 2 is the most expensive mobile video game I’ve seen. It sells for $7.99.
X-Men 3
Next on my list is X-Men 3. You can play Nightcrawler, Wolverine, or Iceman. The comic book geek in me is really drawn to this one. It’s a dollar cheaper at $6.99.
Q*Bert
I spent a small fortune playing Q*Bert in the arcade so what’s $5.99 more? Retooled for the phone but maintains it’s original appearance, Q*Bert might be the one to get right now.
While mobile video games will never take over the handheld video game market, they do offer a nice way to play some video games anywhere, anytime.
