One room I always have difficulties designing in The Sims 2 is the bathroom. The space is usually small, and it’s hard to fit a lot in there since objects take up so much room to move.

I always enjoyed with the original Sims downloaded user-made objects. There were some cool bathroom vanities that people had done using the kitchen counters. It made it easier to really give some personality to the bathroom.

I designed on bathroom that my Sims couldn’t use the bathtub because it was too close to another object. Since Objects have to be so far apart, it can create a lot of open space, and in a bathroom it’s hard to mask with wall art or lighting like you can in other parts of the home.

I haven’t played the Sims in a while and don’t have many of the expansion sets. There are probably a ton of bathroom objects that are much better for decorating that what I have. It might be time to start buying some expansions and checking it out.
