To Lose Weight
Fitness Revolution No Comments »Losing weight is hard. It’s easy to get pumped up about dieting but it never lasts. The euphoria I had for dieting in January is gone. Having been sick for a few weeks in February just drained me of all my energy. Now I’m trying to get back on the dieting train.
So far I’ve strayed away from trying Alli or drinking Slim-Fast shakes, but it is so tempting to do something out of the norm to jump start my weight loss. Hopefully with warmer temperatures I will be motivated to exercise more like walking.
I really need to sit down and think of some goals to work towards when it comes to weight loss and fitness. I need something to keep me on track. It’s hard when you fall off the wagon to get back on. I definitely need to add some goals to help keep me going.
