Besides glasses, there isn’t too much in the way of accessories for The Sims. Some of the later expansions might have added fashion jewelry to the game but none of mine have this element. Wouldn’t it be nice to have a jewelry store in The Sims?

How cool would it be to buy the Hope diamond or the Queen’s jewels? It could be fun even if those pieces would be nearly impossible to come across in real life. Jewelry could be a hard element to add since it is so small and might not even transfer that well to the game. It’s a fun thought anyway. It would be cool to create jewelry for the game. To have my Sim wear my favorite ring or necklace might be entertaining.

The deadline for submissions is November 1, 2007. Submissions can either be made through the website, emailed, or by regular mail. So, get those creative juices flowing and submit your logo to the contest. It could be fun and you might win a nice prize.

There are Wiis at Wal-Mart, so I’m thinking they get them in on Tuesdays. Next week I do plan to buy mine, so I have a week to come up with the money. I was able to resist the temptation knowing that I have a lot to do and the Wii would be a huge distraction. By giving myself a week to get the money as well as take care of things around the house I know I will have a great reward if I can get it all done.

When we get a Wii, we will need another controller, battery chargers, and sleeves for the controllers. Oh it’s so exciting that soon we will have a Wii. Now just to focus on making it happen.

Halloween is a great holiday since it happens in the fall, so it’s cooler weather but there is also some fun activities that are usually planned around Halloween. There are several haunted houses, parties, and fall festivals that are coming up around the end of the month. So, have you decided what you are going to be this Halloween?
