Morphing Photos
Way Off Topic No Comments »You know they say that after being married to someone that you can begin to look like them. While I don’t see a resemblance between my husband and me, I have been asked before if we were brother and sister. Judge for yourself if we look alike with this photo I created with Morpheus Photo-Morpher.
The Morpheus Morphing Software was really easy to use. I created that morph in just a few minutes and have already thought of plenty other uses for the software. Rae will be two in October, so I’m thinking of a morph of her baby photos through each month of her life. It will really show how she is growing up, which makes this Mom a little sad but I’ll get over it. Morphing photos would also be a fun way to create practical jokes to email to friends like having your friend’s photo morph with an alien or their dog. It could create a few minutes of comedy and brighten their day. I also think the software would be cool for digital scrapbooks and to use for projects like birthday photo morphs or school day pictures.
Like I mentioned, it was really easy to use. I just browsed for my two photos and then added dots to the primary one. A matching dot was placed on the other photo. Then I could move the dots around to create the morph I wanted. There is a preview window to watch the morph, so you can see just how it will look before having to render the animation.
I see don’t see the resemblance between my husband and me. Maybe people think we look alike since they always see us together. Who knows. Morphing our photos with the Morpheus Morphing Software was fun and I can share it on MySpace, so that family and friends can judge for themselves if we in fact do favor one another.

I would love to travel to England one day since my great grandfather was from Wales, England. Since he left my great grandmother, not too much is known - or by some family members even cared - about where he was from. It’d be fun to go and seek out information in England about him.
