We are having to back out of our plans to attend Dragon Con in Atlanta on Labor Day weekend. It just isn’t in the cards this year. We still hold out hope that we will make it one of these days.

After reading about some of the more imaginative costumes seen at Dragon Con that resembled sexy lingerie more than a fantasy character, I was looking forward to the show. It’s always fun to see things you don’t see everyday even if it might be on the erotic side just a touch. Maybe I will have lost the poundage to dress up in a sexy costume when we finally go. I doubt it though since I’m way too modest to wear something to draw attention to myself.

So, we won’t be at Dragon Con but there is a local con in September, so while that won’t make up for it, it will give us a decent gaming venue.
