A friend of ours got a beautiful lcd tv for Christmas. Let me tell you that playing games on it is a whole new experience. The crisp picture just jumps off the screen and really adds to playing games.

We love to play games and will be in need of a new TV at some point in the future. We will definitely think about getting an LCD TV simply because we have seen how useful it can be to us since we play a lot of video games not to mention watching TV and movies.

So before we start buying the next gen consoles, our first purchase will probably be a new TV with an LCD TV being our first choice.
