Freeze It and Forget It
Way Off Topic July 27th, 2007Oh the joys of beginning an exercise routine. The aches and sore muscles are too much to bear. It can really kill the momentum of any weight loss progress. I have begun to walk at least three times a week. While this is great exercise, my body is protesting, especially my right leg.
Cramps and pain abound in my right leg after a nice long walk. I usually take an ibuprofen and rub Freeze It on the sore muscle. Freeze It is a cream that can be used on sore muscles to alleviate pain and discomfort. It can also be used to relieve other pains like arthritis and strains. After walking, we went to the store in the car. While sitting down, I felt a muscle cramp in my leg. I rummaged through my purse to find my Freeze It.

I take this stuff everywhere because within a few seconds of applying it, my pain fades away. I opened the Freeze It and applied it to my leg. By the time we arrived at the store, I felt a lot better and was able to do my shopping pain free. Freeze It is all natural, which I like and goes on clean. One of it’s ingredients is aloe, hence it bright green color. After applying Freeze It, you will feel a cool sensation like it is freezing the pain, isolating it from the rest of your body.
Freeze It comes in two sizes and is reasonably priced especially considering just how little of this product you will need to use to feel results. There is the 4 ounce tube, where you can squeeze out the Freeze It to massage directly where it hurts. There is also a 3 ounce roll on version, which makes it super easy to apply.
After trying a bunch of different products for muscle strain relief, I have to rank Freeze It as my favorite simply because it goes on clean and works immediately. It also isn’t too strong where it works for a little bit then fades fast. I keep my Freeze It with me at all times because it works really well for muscle strain because it is non-greasy and does not have a loud smell. I can use it discreetly and not have to announce to everyone around me that I have aches and pains most likely caused by getting older.
