Selling Annuity Payments or Playing Monopoly
Posted on Jul 09, 2007 under Way Off Topic |I’ve never been a fan of the board game Monopoly. I guess because I’m just not good at it. There’s a lot of things I just don’t understand when it comes to money like stock options and or how to sell annuity payments. I remember annuity was always an option when setting up a retirement plan but never went that route. Like I said, I don’t know a mind for money.
My husband loves Monopoly but has been blacklisted from playing by his friends. He loves to cut deals and such that make other players mad. I do enjoy Monopoly, Jr. since it is Monopoly-light. The money is easier to handle and the rules I understand a lot better than regular Monopoly.
If I had the choice between learning how to sell annuity payments or playing Monopoly, I think I would chose the first option.
