Pirates of the Caribbean At World’s End
Way Off Topic June 13th, 2007Yo-ho! After watching the third installment of Pirates of the Caribbean, I’m ready for 4. However, I have no idea where they could take a fourth one but I’d watch it.
After reading mixed reviews of Pirates, I wasn’t sure if I would enjoy it or not. But I did enjoy it. It’s very important to stay and watch the whole thing because there is a scene after the credits. It’s been forever since I’ve been to a movie with anything at the very end of the movie without a hint that there was something at the end like video during the credits.
We watched Pirates and Pirates II before viewing III. I never realized how many times Jack Sparrow says “savvy.” My husband has already used the word a few times in casual conversation.
I will probably have to watch it a few more times to catch all of the dialogue. It’s a fun ride so I’m not complaining.

The first Pirates of the Caribbean was great in every way, the best part of the other two was the special effects… the question now is, if they come out with a fourth, will it maintain the quality of the first?
