The beginning of the month was always stressful at my old job since we conducted end of the month reports for the previous month. There are things that I like to do the first of the month like pay certain bills. I’m also adding a few other tasks like treating the cats for fleas and removing demos of casual games.

I like to download demos of casual games. Usually they wind up staying on my computer long after the hour-long demo is used. Now hopefully by setting a day each month to remove this software I will be able to a) clear space from my hard drive and b) play more casual games.

A lot of times I feel I have too many games already installed. If I begin removing those old demos then I will have room for new ones without the worry of taking up more hard drive space and other computer resources.

Making the removal of casual game demos part of my monthly tasks then I am more likely to remember to do it. Removing games will also make me evaluate casual games to know if it is one I want to purchase or just delete.
