Diner Dash is set to be released this week for the Nintendo DS. It’s nice to see another fun casual game make the leap from PC to handheld. Diner Dash and Cake Mania (already available for the DS) are two stellar titles that can really make good use of the DS capabilities.

The little one adores being outside. She loves to run around the yard and play. I like being outside, too. I would like it much better with if the yard has more appeal.

We are definitely in need of some yard furniture. Right now all we have is a couple of plastic chairs. We really need to upgrade to some nice teak outdoor furniture and an outdoor swing. In the evenings I can use the laptop outside. The WIFI connection is strong, so with my laptop I am much more content to be outside since I can either play games or work. Some comfortable outdoor furniture will make the time spent outside much more pleasant.

It will be a summer that we will spent a lot of time in the yard. Hopefully we can make a nice cozy space to sit and relax.

Night at the Museum was one of those movies I really wanted to go see at the theatre. By the time we had time and money it was already off the big screen and on video. This weekend we finally got to watch it.

It was a really cute movie. A lot of action and some fun dialogue. Basically the story is about a guy named Larry (Ben Stiller) who has a lot of grandiose ideas but doesn’t have a full-time job. To keep his son he finds a job at the Museum of Natural History at the night guard. During the job interview, a little fact was left out and that’s everything in the museum comes alive at night. It’s his job to keep everything inside the museum.

It’s a fun movie that is great for everyone in the whole family, which is a rarity with most movies this day and age. From Rexie, the bone-fetching dinosaur, to the wise Teddy Roosevelt, Night at the Museum is filled with color characters and is very entertaining.
