One lesson learned the hard way too often is the importance of prepardness when playing in an RPG adventure. Currently our DM is running us through Castle Ravenloft, which has been a real challenge to our eclectic party. Trying to kill the undead can be a real pain especially when they are the powerful overlord of the land.

When you know a big battle is about to take place, make sure you are prepared. Our group is failry large, so it has been a challenge to communicate everything that each character is doing or is thinking about doing. Last night the Cleric in the party had to pray for 20 hours to be able to use the Ravenloft relics in order to kill the vampire. One player had meant to set up protection of evil before the ritual started but it slipped their mind. So, as always in Ravenloft, zombies and vampires show up to ruin the day..err night.

I’ve dusted off the Dreamcast and have begun to play some games again on this console. I bought my Dreamcast a few years ago in eBay. After playing some great games I’m sad I didn’t support it sooner and might have helped to keep it viable for a while longer.
The good thing about playing Dreamcast games is that they are super cheap when you can find them in the store. The best bargain my husband got on a Dremcast game was one that was 25 cents after using his discount card.
One of my favorite games was put out for the Dreamcast. Although nothing beats playing Hydrothunder in the arcade, playing the game on the Dreamcast is still a lot of fun.
The Dreamcast games library is vast and diverse, which still makes playing this console fun and exciting.
