A Better Pushup

Way Off Topic No Comments »

For the past few months, I’ve been focused on walking more. It’s great cardio exercise, and the walking is helping me lose weight. For a true fitness makeover, I will need to add strength training and toning into my exercise plan. One of the easiest exercises to do is pushups. I say they are easy because all you need is some clean floor space to get busy. Pushups can be physically demanding, so if I want to add that exercise I’m thinking about getting the Bodyrev Perfect Pushup. It’s suppose to ease the stress on your hands and wrists. The rotating handles have the purpose of engaging more muscles.

Who knew the simple push-up could be improved upon but apparently it has. I have little upper body strength, so the Perfect Pushup might be just the thing to help me build muscle, tone up, and lose weight. That’s a lot to put on any piece of exercise equipment. Somewhere in the equation will have to be my desire to have all of these things happen.

Skin Care

Now that I’m getting older, I see the value in taking care of your skin. Summer is fast approaching, so it’s important to take care of your skin to prevent damage. Starting a beauty regime with skinceuticals products will be challenging but the health of my skin is important to me.

They say that it takes three weeks of doing something for it to become habitual. So, if I can get into a routine of taking care of my skin for a month then I should be set. I’ve never been a high maintenance girl but I may become one as I hate the idea of looking older. I know it’s a fact of life but doesn’t mean I have to like it. I refuse to grow old gracefully espcially since there are so many beauty products on the market that help to keep your skin young and vibrant looking.

Trading Used Games

If you are looking to purge some of your video games by trading them at a game shop, it might be more profitable to sell the games on eBay. It seems a paltry amount is offered for used games. Not unless the game is less than 3 months old will the offered amount be appealing. If you are looking to build up some credit at a game store then trading used games might be a great choice. If you are looking for cash, then eBay is the ticket.

I have been very pleased with selling used video games on eBay. The secondhand market is very good on eBay for selling video games. It has been a nice little source of money when I want to thin out the video game collection.

I also like to search completed auctions for the item I’m about to sell to gauge interest. It also helps to give a rough estimate as to how much money I’m likely to make off the auction. When listing on eBay, I never pay for all the extra stuff like featured listing, bold print, etc. I still sell more than I don’t so all that is not necessarily needed.

When you’re getting ready to take those used video games in for trade, you might want to consider eBay and make a few dollars.
