Fairy Godmother Tycoon is a great addition to the Tycoon line of games.

Since you have to compete with rival businesses, a visit to the loan shark to increase your cash flow may be a wise choice. Use the loan shark at the right time. Each day check the local forecast. When the news/weather forecast predicts a 90% chance of swollen heads, then be ready to sell some potions. Stock up as much as you can. I ran out early in the day and lost countless customers. Had I used the loan shark and borrowed some money, I could have made a lot more money, enough to pay back what I had borrowed and then some.

It is imperative to have cash to upgrade your store and market yourself. Your competition will be doing a lot of advertising. Make sure to build up your cash so you can compete. Take full advantage of the days when there is a high percentage that potions will be sold. Stock up on supplies and get ready to make some money.

Tonight’s special Deal or No Deal featured twins who got to each pick a case number. Every dollar value on the board was doubled, so they were possibly playing for $2 million. The models were given the night off and were replaced by 26 hunky California firefighters.

It was a good show. The girls knocked out all the huge amounts and only winded up taking home about $6,000. One of their case had like $10, the other $1500. I thought for sure at least one of the cases would have had a huge amount.

It’s a two hour special tonight. The second hour featured a surprise contestant. Howie apparently went to the mall and chose someone to be a contestant. The girl he picked has never seen the show nor has any of her support people. For someone just plucked out of nowhere to be a contestant, taking home $62,000 isn’t bad. She had $75,000 in her case, though.

Abra Academy is a hidden object, seek and find adventure. The premise is that you have to help the aspiring witch find items to help her graduate.

While Abra Academy is just the latest game in this growing genre, it looks to not have such clutttered screens as the Mystery Case Files: Ravenhearst. In Abra Academy, there are 24 levels and bonus items. There is also a helpful fairy to guide you when you get stuck. There are also mini games like building words from letters.

Qubo on NBC Saturday morning has become our must-see TV. Qubo is several cartoons like Jacob Two-Two and Veggie Tales. My favorite is Jane and the Dragon.

It’s just something about the style of it that makes me really like it. I also like the premise that a girl is training to be a knight and befriends a dragon.

On the Qubo website are several games including Ye Olde Flying Challenge. While the game may not be that challenging, it’s still fun, and the music is great.
