I love Dance Dance Revolution. My daughter is getting to the age where she loves to bounce and dance with me. Since I’ve read the stories of people losing weight with DDR, I’ve decided to fire up the game again and this time dance with my daughter. She is nearly 20 pounds so a little cardio and weights should help those pounds to drop off!
