Here is another great site for charities. Charity-ware.org is the marriage of software and charity. Here you’ll find games, applications, and other computer software where either all or part of the cost is given to charity. Sometimes it’s a specific charity while others can be buyers choice. Nice website that supports a bunch of worthwhile causes.

Here is a company that has a great idea for non-profits to raise money, and it doesn’t involve candy bars. PRODEGE offers the service of building .org’s their own search engine and downloadable toolbar powered by Yahoo! at no cost. PRODEGE will split the revenue 50/50 made from the search engine. If you have been on the Interent then chances are you have conducted a search through a search engine before. The click thru ads generated through millions of searches each day equates to billions of dollars in revenue each year. GameTrust.com honors Flowerman

Game Trust is all about helping online casual game companies. Ubrothers has recently been announced the winner of the 2006 Game Trust Casual Game Evolution Challenge. The game that won it for Ubrothers is called Flowerman. From the Ubrother’s website you can see screenshots and video demos. Flowerman is still in beta testing and should be released later this year. The premise of Flowerman is to save your family from aliens.

The folks at Ubrothers won a $20,000 Distribution Contract and a trip to Costa Rica for four.
