Favorite Platform Character
Games July 15th, 2006I’m a huge fan of the platform games. Sonic, Crash, and Mario are the stars of the games that I really enjoy. It’s hard for me to pass up a game with a cute, adorable character as the lead.
My overall favorite has to be Crash Bandicoot. He’s just too goofy and cute not to be at the top of my list. Another favorite is Ty the Tasmanian Tiger. This lovable Aussie not only has an adorable accent but fun adventures as well.
Currently I’m playing Kao Challengers for the PSP. Kao is a kangaroo and apparently has been around for quite some time. Not sure how I missed this cute little guy until now. Kao Challengers looks to be a port of Kao the Kangaroo Round 2. The playable demo of the game can be downloaded from www.kao-kangaroo.com.
Platform games are great for the casual gamer. They are fun, feature lovable characters, and are easy to put down since there are usually many save areas.
